Content Marketing Manager Indonesia

At Spotify, we believe that music, podcasts, and culture move the world. We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to shape how Spotify shows up across Indonesia’s social platforms. You’ll help bring Spotify’s music, podcast, and cultural moments to life through storytelling that Indonesian audiences want to follow, engage with, and share. Based in Jakarta and reporting to the Content & Social Marketing Lead - Indonesia, you’ll be a hands-on member of the team, turning cultural insights and marketing priorities into locally relevant content. You’ll work closely with agency partners, creators, artists, labels, and teams across Spotify to develop and deliver content across TikTok, Instagram, X, and emerging channels. You’ll combine strong creative instincts with performance insights to understand what’s working, adapt quickly, and keep Spotify relevant in fast-moving cultural conversations.
